Ian was born and raised in England where he was a Real Estate Agent for 3 years before immigrating to Canada. He has been proudly serving people in the GTA with their Real Estate needs since 1982! His hard working, straightforward, and no-pressure approach has resulted in 80% of his business each year coming from referrals and past clients.
Ian is blessed with a wonderful family with 3 married children and 8 grandchildren. He is also actively rooted in his church and several local, national, and international ministries helping those in need.

Abi Glugosh

Originally from the UK, Abi immigrated to Canada in 1990 and started her Real Estate career in 2005. Abi brings lots of enthusiasm and experience from the corporate world and is passionate about helping people in their Real Estate journey, whether they are starting out, looking for something larger for their growing family, or downsizing. Either buying or selling, our clients appreciate her insightfulness as well as her easy-going approach. Real Estate is about people and Abi's commitment to customer service is her highest priority.
In her free time, Abi enjoys travelling, bike rides, and spending time with family. She resides in Burlington and is blessed with two grown children Ethan and Alex.

Amanda resides in Caledonia with her husband Jamie, three teenage boys, and three pups. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing, working out, and pursuing continuous personal growth.

Laura Vandette

As a native of Sault Ste. Marie, it didn’t take Laura very long to fall in love with Hamilton – first as a renter in 2011, then as a proud homeowner in its Crown Point neighbourhood since 2014. Now, Laura’s goal is to make sure every person who chooses Hamilton has the same positive experience as she and her husband have had since calling the city home. Laura has more than 11 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, from interior design to helping Real Estate brokers recruit quality agents, to investing in rental properties and now buying and selling homes for clients as a licensed sales representative.
In her free time, Laura enjoys gardening, spending time with her two pups, and she and her husband enjoy seeing more of the beautiful country by motorcycle or exploring beyond Canada’s borders.

Sarah grew up in Grimsby, where her family has resided for over 100 years! Sarah’s desire to help people, her interest in home design, and her love for meeting new people make Real Estate the perfect fit for her.
Sarah and her high school sweetheart, now her husband, currently reside in Burlington with their two cats. She is a board game and outdoors lover, but mostly loves spending time with family and friends.

Having always loved Real Estate, Tanya started in the Keller Williams Edge Realty Brokerage in 2014. It was her warm, bubbly and enthusiastic personality that prompted Ian and Abi to invite her to join the Bright Realty Team in 2017, and she has been a wonderful addition ever since. She handles the behind the scenes of our busy Real Estate business, as well as manages the fine details with our clients. Our clients often note Tanya's contagious personality and professionalism.
Tanya resides in Ancaster, where she has been a local for 16 years, with her partner Terrence and 2 children Kiana and Remy.

Liz McSporran-Collins
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Born into the business, Liz is no stranger to the Real Estate world, growing up with her father being a Realtor. She is currently pursuing her Real Estate license and assists the Bright Realty Team wherever needed. Liz’s lighthearted and fun personality makes her a perfect addition to our team.
Liz is a mother of 2 teenage girls and an adorable puppy, and when she’s not in the office, you can find her with family and friends, or out in the garden.

Vivian Javier
MARKETING MANAGER
Vivian brings over 8 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. She handles our social media presence, advertising, event planning, and everything in between. She holds a Bachelor of Health Studies and spent most of her career working in Retirement Living as a Sales and Marketing Director.
When she's not helping out behind the scenes, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Pedro and their son, Nathan.
